• Individuals aged 16 years and above can apply.
• Applicants below 18 must have parental/guardian consent.
• Volunteers must provide accurate personal information.

• Respect the dignity of beneficiaries and fellow volunteers.
• Complete assigned tasks sincerely and on time.
• Follow instructions given by coordinators.

4. Code of Conduct

• No harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior.
• Maintain discipline during all activities.
• Follow ethical and legal standards.

5. Attendance and Commitment

Volunteers are expected to maintain regular participation. In case of absence, prior notice should be given to the assigned coordinator.

6. Safety and Security

• Volunteers must follow safety guidelines during activities.
• Any unsafe condition must be reported immediately.
• The organization is not liable for personal injuries due to negligence.

7. Use of Media and Content

By participating, volunteers grant permission to use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Volunteers must not disclose sensitive information about beneficiaries, donors, or internal operations.

9. Termination of Volunteer Role

Karmjyoti Welfare Trust reserves the right to terminate a volunteer’s participation if they violate policies or engage in misconduct.

10. No Financial Compensation

Volunteering is unpaid. No financial compensation will be provided unless explicitly stated for specific programs.

11. Changes to Policy

We may update this Volunteer Policy from time to time. Continued participation implies acceptance of the revised policy.
